Functions of the unit

  1. Co-ordinate and manage all official transactions.
  2. Archive the whole transaction records in a systematic manner.
  3. Perform the routine tasks of the department to keep it up-to-date.
  4. Work closely with the other related departments, keep track of department commodities movement as per the directives of Director of Administration.
  5. Manage all electronic mail transactions.
  6. Keep track of the department employee tasks.
  7. Manage the outsourced labor department and document its affairs.
